1.  How will my property be advertised?

We actively market both our sale and rental properties through local press, internet portals, and the Parker Rose website and shop front. We market extensively so that you have piece of mind that your property is being shown to a wide potential buyer/ tenant base.

2.  Is Parker Rose regulated by any organisations?

Yes, we are regulated by the Property Ombudsman and comply with the Estate Agents act 1979.

3.  Can Evening and Weekend property viewings be arranged?

Evening and weekend viewings can be arranged if you see a property, our team can arrange viewings to suit you.

4.  Is there a minimum tenancy period for rental properties?

We look at a minimum tenancy term of 6 months.

5.  Can I put my property on with Parker Rose if I already have an existing agent?

Yes, we will market the property for you along with any multiple agencies you have your property advertised with.

6.  What is the minimum period we can market a property with you?

There is no time frame for rental properties to be marketed and for sales properties this can be negotiated.

7.  How quickly can you rent our property?

We have an excellent lettings turnover rate and over half of our new clients are recommended by existing landlords.

8.  Will you put a board up on my property?

We will put up a board on your property, unless you request us not to. There are no costs associated with the board.

9.  How will you handle my property viewings?

Lettings viewings are predominately conducted by our lettings negotiators. Once a suitable tenant is found, landlords will be contacted and informed likewise.

10.  Can we get mortgage advice from Parker Rose?

We have in house Financial Advisers that can arrange mortgages, remortgages and insurances.
